Abide & Bloom was born out of a season of waiting and a desire to help women stay rooted in God when life feels uncertain. Through faith, encouragement, and simple prayer practices, this space invites women to bloom—right where they are.
I started Abide & Bloom because I believe every woman deserves to feel rooted, confident, and at peace in the life God is growing within her. Through life’s many seasons, I’ve learned that true beauty isn’t something we strive for outwardly — it’s cultivated through faith, joy, and learning to rest in who God says we are.
For many years, I’ve worked with women in spaces that encourage confidence and care, and I’ve seen firsthand how deeply women long for simplicity, reassurance, and encouragement — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Abide & Bloom was created as a gentle place where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with God without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.
I’m also a middle school teacher, where I have the privilege of helping young minds grow and discover their worth each day. Beyond the classroom, I’m a mom to two beautiful daughters — one a senior in high school and the other a senior in college — and watching them become strong, faith-filled young women has been one of my greatest blessings.
On Sundays, you’ll often find me teaching Children’s Sunday School at my church, helping little hearts learn about Jesus in joyful, creative ways.
When I’m not teaching or creating faith-based resources, you’ll usually find me enjoying quiet mornings with coffee, spending time with my family, or having honest conversations about faith and real life. I believe life is best lived with grace, honesty, and daily reminders that God is near — even in seasons of waiting.
In the middle of real life — the busy, the overwhelming, the in-between — this is a place to slow down and reconnect with Him.
Through simple, gentle reminders, you’re invited to come as you are… and remember that you are known, deeply loved, and never alone.
There’s no pressure here. Just space to abide — and bloom, even in the waiting. 🌿
Thank you for stopping by Abide & Bloom. It’s my prayer that this space helps you feel seen, encouraged, and gently reminded that God meets you right where you are — inviting you to abide in His love and bloom in every season.
